It can be accessed anywhere as it is web based. It is very user friendly and we have a lot of control and I like that guest history keeps the notes
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes there are more processes than needed when making changes and as we are a smallish establishment there are more functions than we need. Wish there were less steps when changing rates.

In is user friendly and I find easy to use and understand. Reslynx works well the roomlynx and helps me manage my rates and load special offers to our website.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I don't feel there are any cons to this software. If I move to another hotel as GM I would try and get Reslynx and Roomlynx installed
