Simplicity is key and to introduce this to a new member of staff is ideal and the use of your own training site works well before going live on your own system and phone. I spent a few months researching multiple suppliers for my new PMS, Guestline was the only one out there that had the comprehensive package for my needs. I have added to my ADR consistently since implementation of the Guestline package. I was even able to add additional products that have seen me climb on TripAdvisor, 15 place rise in just 18 months. If you want to feel like you have an extra member of staff that works 24 hours per day and takes no breaks then go for it.

Terrible system now specially after upgrades, Upgrades are released without testing all types of site environment. Support very slow and very unreliable. Support will tell you that this is how system is suppose to work but really 9 out 10 times they are bugs when you force them to escalate this further. Now have to wait for more than 3 days for support to even come back to you for a reported problem.
