What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Ability to subscribe to reports, to upload budgets and forecasts directly through the application, but not via support line. Would be better to have faster response time of dashboards.

PMS Snapshot is useful to check data integrity (e.g. market segment usage, country accuracy) as well as analyze aggregated hotels to understand trends.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Speed of data access, missing data on past and future dates. Though when errors are flagged, ITD provides immediate support.
