Based on my experience with OTA Insight, if I have one advice to give to an hotelier, is that he really should subscribe this Product. In terms of Rateshopper, OTA Insight is a musht have for hoteliers.

Events at calendar listings is not so accurate and could be add more important events. OTA ranking insights could be improved as is unclear what are the search criteria.
