Rate Insight - Live rate shopping function, all forms can be generated to excel, can add competitor hotel by hotel are very efficient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Revenue Insight - weekday and weekend the days can defined by hotel ownself, the production in excel can sorted month by month or day by day.

Easy to use, easy to filter and user friendly. Sales person was nice and willing to help when we have a problem or question.

The system have a problem once a month. This is not acceptable since ot was impact to our daily report. Please improve.
