Great support team! They are all very helpful and clear. Very short time span between asking for help and receiving the answer from them :)

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Right now, I think nothing. The Team porformance is one of the best things they have. Deffinitely recommend their support.

What do you like most?

GuestCentric's platform is intuitive, easy to work with and the Support Team is excelent and dedicated to their customers. A response is very quick and helpful.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The layout of the Booking Engine could be a little more appealing, and even though the pop up about the latest reservations is needed, it is very anoying for the guest that try to make a reservation.

The high proficiency team helped us with the customization of most of our needs. The only one that is not solved yet is the need to allow bookings with different room types simultaneously.
