Answer:

We love working with Pegasus because it was very easy to integrate with their modern API. We also get the rates as a push which makes caching so much easier. Their sales and support teams are top notch.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Pegasus does a very good job of customizing their solutions for their customers. We were able to create a special agreement that has made it very easy to get agreements done with hotel partners. We don't have the same deal anywhere else.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Choosing a CRS is a big deal because the switching cost is very high. Working with Pegasus makes this easier because they have a very modern product but at the same time they have it deployed with lots of big hotels so you can be more comfortable that it is battle tested.
