The Cendyn product suite is one of the most comprehensive in the industry. Because of that, they can act as a "one-stop-shop" for hospitality technology and meet all the requirements of most companies.
We have been partnering with Cendyn for many years, their CRS powers many of our customers and plugs seamlessly into our hotel commerce platform that specialises in distribution. With the recent merge, Cendyn offers an even deeper portfolio including a top-notch CRM which means their customers are cared for in all aspects of distribution and marketing.
Pegasus provides a flexible and scalable CRS solution that incorporates highly advanced rate and inventory management tools. The Pegasus CRS is simple to work with, yet powerful in it's ability to deeply integrate into any hotel's tech stack, creating a seamless system for reservations management.
We love working with Pegasus because it was very easy to integrate with their modern API. We also get the rates as a push which makes caching so much easier. Their sales and support teams are top notch.
Pegasus (now combined with Travel Tripper) is consistently a HTR leader in CRS, Booking Engine, Digital Agency, and other facets of their business - this alone speaks to the caliber of their products. They help hotels of all sizes manage their distribution, streamline operations, and increase conversion rates, plus they have a stellar support team and are a pleasure to work with!

As Cendyn and their best in class CRM have merged with Pegasus and Travel Tripper, their customer base gets market leading technology across the board, from CRM to CRS to BE. This fits perfectly with SiteMinder's world largest hotel commerce platform and offers Cendyn's hotel customers the opportunity to get best in breed solution across the board.
Aside from the enhanced technology, the Pegasus team consistently takes a hands-on approach to both hotel and vendor partnerships. Their talented team is always a pleasure to work with due to their professionalism and eagerness to deliver useful solutions to our mutual hotel customers.
Pegasus does a very good job of customizing their solutions for their customers. We were able to create a special agreement that has made it very easy to get agreements done with hotel partners. We don't have the same deal anywhere else.
Their CRS seamlessly connects to all GDS and hundreds of OTAs around the globe, not to mention meta platforms and leading channel managers. The booking engine is robust and new solutions such as Conversion Plus and Rate Match are game-changing in the industry.

Take a close look at everything that Cendyn can offer. They have a lot more products and services than many realize and I'm sure that almost every hotelier can benefit from their vast product offering.

Take a close look at everything that Cendyn can offer. They have a lot more products and services than many realize and I'm sure that almost every hotelier can benefit from their vast product offering.
Its all great products but some of them require expertise and in depth training so I would advise my customers to really familiarise themselves with the product capabilities so they can get the most out of the product suite.
When selecting any CRS, be certain that it has a robust integration with your PMS provider. Any limitations with the CRS-PMS integration can cause unnecessary manual work on the hotel operations staff.
Choosing a CRS is a big deal because the switching cost is very high. Working with Pegasus makes this easier because they have a very modern product but at the same time they have it deployed with lots of big hotels so you can be more comfortable that it is battle tested.
