Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

When selecting any CRS, be certain that it has a robust integration with your PMS provider. Any limitations with the CRS-PMS integration can cause unnecessary manual work on the hotel operations staff.

What do you like most?

Pegasus' team is always eager to help and quick to resolve issues, though there are rarely many. Interface is easy to use and understand. Reports are customizable and and detailed.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

There aren't too many things I can think of - Pegasus has done what we need and want, though Apple/Google pay compatibility on website would be nice.

I like the fact that there is always a person available to help, they reply to emails quickly and they're always willing to help.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

There is always be room for improvement specially since we're in very fast pace industry and keeping up with the current technology will always be great.

Two-way integration with PMS for auto build of group blocks & rate plans could be more seamless with my PMS system. But service and reliability outweighs the small additional steps needed to complete.

Due the large amount of configurability, the user interface does have a bit of a learning curve. It could maybe be made a bit more user-friendly for newcomers.
