What do you like most?

The booking engine design is very nice, although when they add something they do not often mention the new addition which makes it look disjointed when finally noticed.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The support is very lacking since the pandemic. Before the pandemic, the support team would reply to an issue with an hour, but now they often take days, and sometimes more than 3 days after another email...

The have a very knowledgeable staff and are always quick to respond to any issues. They always seem to coming our with updates and improvements.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I don't love the new way the email chain works. It makes it hard to keep up with and follow.

What do you like most?

Some of my favorite features are DPR's, formula based pricing and my Cendyn rep! She has been instrumental in helping onboard hotels quickly and great support!

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Booking engine consumer facing looks and feel needs work for the new traveler. Needs more funcationality as well as be eeasier to get the shopper to close the booking.
