UpStay increased significantly our chain's revenues from room upgrades. As it is fully-automated, we don't need to invest any time or resources in the solution - it does it all by itself.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would recommend to UpStay to add the option to update an upgrade if the guest changes his mind.
