Upstay provides simplicity for users. i like that it is not nessesary for us to take control of the day to day

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Added tools for users such as creation in Bidding room types/dates. it could be useful if the Hotel is full but we could still g ahead with biddings

UpStay increased significantly our chain's revenues from room upgrades. As it is fully-automated, we don't need to invest any time or resources in the solution - it does it all by itself.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I would recommend to UpStay to add the option to update an upgrade if the guest changes his mind.

The biding system increases guest experiences pre arrival automatically and high level of satisfaction while increasing hotels revenues during this post pandemic peoros

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

So far I don’t have any comment , I know this solution for a while and works flawlessly I highly recommend it for hoteliers looking to increment the revenues

The discrete way of the upselling as well as the connection with the channel manager. Maximizes the income of the hotel.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

It would be great if we could have access to the guests e-mail for future mail campaigns from our side.

We do appreciate that with the UpStay application is more convenient to maximize the Hotel's revenue and also is very easy to use.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Perhaps to keep track of our guest's email history, in both hotels if possible, in order for the properties to send future mail campaigns

What do you like most?

It is good and nice that the guest get this opportunity to choose and to do it all by himself.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

When someone have more then one night, it should be written very clear the price per night. Prices should be better but i guess it is up to revenue department.
