- We do not charge commissions on direct bookings. The variable part of our pricing simply covers a fixed and defined activity plan designed to reach the agreed objectives. It is not a commission on bookings, but a way to pay for the website and our services only when they generate results.
- Regarding the CRM, we have no record of any support tickets from you. Our team is always available to assist clients promptly whenever issues arise.
- Our ADS campaigns use “unlimited budgets” only on our side, never on the hotel’s, and the hotel pays only when these campaigns generate bookings; tracking is handled through Google’s native systems and each platform’s official tools, and all activities are fully data-driven to keep acquisition costs at least below half of standard OTA distribution levels.
- Websites can be built using one of our 11 customizable templates or fully custom solutions, depending on client preference. We create more than 300 websites per year: our experience and expertise enable us to create a wide range of solutions that suit the varying needs of properties of every size and type.
- Our contract model is the opposite of a scam: the investment risk is entirely on our side, and the variable component is tied to growth goals that we agree together. This means we are paid only when the hotel achieves the results defined in advance, which is fundamentally the opposite of any misleading or opportunistic approach.
It is also worth noting that the two colleagues from your same property rated our work 10/10, reflecting their satisfaction and results achieved.
We always strive to act in the best interest of our clients and take constructive feedback seriously, but we feel that some of the points raised here are unfounded. We remain available to clarify any concerns directly and ensure a productive collaboration.
