This software provides a thoughtful approach to many industry challenges and the support team has simplified the set up process in our new restaurant. Opening in Washington, DC, is about networking and maintaining relationships with the right people, Tock has given us the ability to build our guest database and create a solid foundation for our business moving forward. Tock also gives us the ability to start simple and grow with them to try new and unique approaches. As we get comfortable we will incorporate ticketed reservations and utilize all of the innovative ideas the software provides. We know that they will listen to our suggestions and improve their software with our operations in mind. Customized and thoughtful service makes an already impressive program even more powerful and we hope that they will take a bigger market share from the giants who monopolize this sector of the hospitality industry.

Tock is web based and set up to work wirelessly and we have had a few issues with connectivity slowing down the process. More than likely this is a network issue on our end but all things considered, it may help to find an offline solution when this occurs. Trust that your client base will adjust to this program and away from the conglomerates because it is a simpler and more user friendly interface.
