Thank you for the great rating and for confirming your review! We're glad SuitePad keeps communication between your team and guests smooth and saves everyone extra phone calls. We also appreciate your honest feedback on devices going offline during Wi-Fi issues or updates, and on battery life. Both points have been noted and shared with our team, as we want guests to be able to rely on their tablet throughout their stay. Best, Your SuitePad team
