We utilize the Cisco Meraki MX, MR, MV, and SME products - that is their NGFW, WiFi Access Points, CCTV Cameras, and Systems Manager/MDM.
Their MX product line is fantastic as an edge router/firewall. Unlike most vendors, the throughput stats for MX series are measured with all features turned on - IDS/IPS, AV scanning, etc. We have multiple fiber WAN uplinks and have no problem saturating the link with all features turned on, and we regularly exceed the "recommended" number of users.
MR WiFi access points are incredibly easy to setup, and have the right balance of features to customization. We can adjust radio strength, channels, see realtime RF performance, and more. The built in analytics help us compare our properties to see where the foot traffic is during various times of the day.
The MV cameras are sharp looking, and tastefully designed. Not having an NVR on premise is fine by us, as we have no regulatory issues with keeping video for 2-4 weeks only.
The SME/MDM is what we use for all corporate owned devices, including desktops, servers, and mobile devices. It allows us to manage workstations remotely, collect stats, analyze logs, etc. Very powerful utilities built in.
All of this is accessible from a single pane of glass, which makes administration very easy. Learning curve for new employees is minimal.

Expensive. Even with negotiated pricing, you're still paying around 50-60% off MSRP. Some of the licensing on the MX series is quite a bit compared to some other vendors, but in line with other high end vendors like Palo Alto. The MV camera series really needs a PTZ option to be competitive.
