Thank you for sharing this feedback — it's genuinely helpful to hear from someone navigating the system day to day. We're glad to hear it's easy to navigate and run reports, and that the self-explanatory titles have made things easier to find, especially as a newer user. We also appreciate the honest note on streamlining options. HIA is built to be a very robust, flexible system, and that flexibility sometimes means more options than a given user or role actually needs day-to-day — which is fair feedback that the experience could be honed in and streamlined. Combining related options and improving readability on some tabs are both things we'll bring to our product team as we look at ways to simplify the interface without losing that underlying flexibility.
