CAs are highly engaged when highlighting improvements and diligent in presenting opportunities along with recommendations. Very crucial to have this high level of engagement to maintain successful ROI.
- RezForce leadership team has been great to work with! Provide quick responses and show high-level observation when dealing with issues (technical or service-related). Offer very fair judgment when presented with issues involving guests.
- Narrowcast (Direct Booking Tools) has been nothing less of a blessing to have at our fingertips. Love the transparency. Accurate assessments can be provided to senior level management in a quicker timeframe. Agents are able to assess their own pace, successes & opportunities prior to 1:1 meetings with leaders, and this results in an in-depth, high-level discussions between Res Sales Managers and their team members to help agents achieve goals.
