We completely understand the frustration that comes with delays in PMS daily report imports, especially when it holds up research and final audits. To help with exactly this, we've recently rolled out a new PMS Daily Report Monitor dashboard that gives you full transparency into any missing daily imports. From the dashboard, you can quickly identify the gap and either reprocess the feed or manually upload the missing day's report yourself, so you're no longer waiting on us to get unblocked.
Regarding the phone support experience, we're truly sorry for the times your calls went unanswered. To make sure no one falls through the cracks, we've launched a new support portal where you can submit a ticket and track its status in real time. If you'd prefer to speak with someone by phone, just note that in your ticket and our team will schedule a call or virtual meeting at a time that works for both of us. This way, every request is logged, prioritized fairly, and gets the attention it deserves.
