An absolutely useful and innovative solution, it reduced typing to the minimum (as well as typing errors) during check-in and we have created a quality customer database with data integrity. However, the system automatically imports to our PMS only Last Name, First Name, Salutation, Gender, Date of Birth, Nationality, Country of Issue, Expiry Date, Document Number, Document Type and Personal Number (for all Passports, MRZ IDs and all Credit Cards) but not Address or City of residence that don’t exist in the MRZ stripe.
