Excellent customer service with a dedicated and professional team who have worked in close collaboration with us over the past 6 months to develop a revised location structure within Loop, in addition to a fully functional Chabot.
These enhancements have allowed us to better communicate with our guests throughout their journey and link them to a new digital in house experience. We have also seen a higher engagement within loop with guest conversations.
From a customer service perspective, the experience has been five-star. The team have been exceptional and have put a lot of time and effort into getting everything set up correctly and making changes based on feedback in an efficient manner and timely manner.

From a technology perspective, the product is great, however, there are a few areas, which could be improved upon such as better analytics within Loop to analyse broadcast messages, guest feedback, and questions.
The ability to segregate pre arrival Chabot’s by property offering guests a unique and personalised Chatbot experience, this is a key focus as the collection of properties continues to expand.
Overall the Benbria team continually resolve technical issues in an efficient and timely manner meeting all deadlines set, and will always take the time to walk you through the steps of how to manage the software
