I'm a EZRMS user since 2013, and I can say that I'm very satisfied with all functionalities that the tool offers. The tool is very user friendly and helps Revenue Managers on the daily basis, saving time on collecting manual data and optimizing results. Besides the Revenue Management applicability (forecast, recommendation...) it provides a dedicated BI analysis that enhances sales and marketing decisions as well. And I always have a great support from Infor's team, especially Harumi Oda and Patrick Phelps, every time I need.

It would be helpful if: - The system could receive data from PMS and update recommendations at least twice a day to be more accurate with recent changes/patterns. - The user could identify which elements the system is taking into consideration to a given forecast /recommendation. Thus the calibration would be more efficient. - It would be possible to configure the system to send customized alerts/ reports / dashboards by e-mail.

On your comment about receiving data twice a day and updating recommendations; we would like to inform you that this functionality already exists. It is known as Real-Time Optimization, whereby Infor EzRMS receives updates from your PMS in real-time, allowing your strategy to be constantly optimized.
