It is great to hear that the information you need on taxes, revenue, and rooms rented is easily accessible and that entering data is as streamlined. Thanks for your feedback for improvement. Your suggestions on greater filtering options and streamlined universal search are excellent. One of HIA's great advantages is having multiple tabs and pages open at a time. If you are having trouble with this, please reach out to your company's system administrator for troubleshooting. Regarding a master file for daily reports, this is something your administrator or our support team can help create as a generic inquiry that let's you drill down as needed.
