We started using Tock almost 2 years ago now. We were one of the first to start using Tock after it went public. Since then we have seen Tock upgrade and improve from what was already amazing software to use. As with learning of any new software it took time for me to learn all the ins and outs but no matter what, any time of day, there was always someone right there to help. There customer service is like no other in any industry. They are always open to listening to your suggestions. If you have an idea, they actually consider it and often will implement it. And if they don't, they give you something even better. I can't say enough about how amazing Tock and their team really is.

Honestly, at this point there isn't anything I can complain about. Again, we've been using Tock from the beginning so we went through some of their growing pains with them but the system is really quite amazing. Occasionally there were a few glitches like guest info not saving but those have all been fixed. My only hope is that in the coming year they really work on a perfect hotel room/restaurant restaurant reservation integration (and hopefully POS).
