- The PEOPLE! They are AMAZING. I know i can always count on my team to help me with anything I need.
- They simply know their stuff. They are experts at what they do and I often look to them as a gut-check. It's been a journey to transition from very traditional marketing initiatives to more digital aspects. The team at Travelnet has been with me every step of the way.
- I've got to shout out to Amy, Ashley and April - they are superstars. Amy traveled to upstate NY to have a meeting with the owner and myself as she transitioned to our account. She get's me. She get's us. She impressed the owner of our business by leaps and bounds - and that wasn't an easy task. Ashley is amazing - I count on her for the daily back and forth. I've only worked with her for six months but I feel like I've known her forever. April always has our best interest in mind when it comes to social media and I look to her for her expertise and knowledge!

- Sometimes I feel a little unorganized, but I think that's mainly on me. There's a lot going on with all the different parts of the partnership that we signed on board for.
- We have our monthly check-in meetings, and I know I can email my team any time I have a question, but I'd love another type of check-in that's a little more formal like our monthly call is. Sometimes, four weeks is a long time to go it seems.
