Great news, HIA does offer full functionality mobile app on both iOS and android devices. You can contact your system administrator to confirm that the app is configured for your company and that your account has mobile access. Then, you will be able to login from your phone to verify the Daily Report is up-to-date and review flagged entries in the PMS out-of-balance report. You may also benefit from the new PMS Monitor Dashboard. Again, ask your system administrator to turn on access for your account.
