Ok, that's a little dramatic ;-) but they really do make my life a lot easier! They have managed to fully grasp and understand our different brands, but also our needs. The only advice that I have for them is to keep growing, so that they are able to maintain their good quality. Also, I would have the entire team at my own disposal and they'd be able to work for the hotel exclusively so that we can get even more work done!
