That you can see who accepted the assignment and the time elapsed since it was put in. That makes it easier for us to follow up with the guest to make sure they received whatever it was they needed.

The design just doesn't make it easy to figure out how to use. You have to search to the left hand side of the page to find a tiny button that says new work order. We had to have an entire training day just to learn HotSos when I first started.
