Regarding access to the system, Loopon provides as many login accounts as you want without any extra fee and we also recommend that everyone at the hotel should have access, and also provide a large set of push reports that can automatically distribute relevant information to all employees. However, in the end it's of course a decision the management of the hotel makes who should have access.
