Overall I'm really happy with HotSOS. For someone new considering it there are 3 key benefits that we've seen that make it a really worthwhile investment and helpful tool for us:
1) Quicker communication - reduced response time to guest issues.
2) Transparency - easy to get snapshots of what is happening at any given moment.
3) Ease of reporting - enter on phone, attach pictures of issue, real time feedback."

The implementation process was quite drawn out. Scheduling support and training was also somewhat painful.
