Duetto drives revenue growth and operational efficiency for RIMC Hotels & Resorts Group
With Duetto’s real-time, demand-driven pricing and automatic recommendations, we’ve significantly changed our revenue strategy. We’re much more focused on developing RevPAR in the hotels. With dynamic, real-time pricing, based on demand, competition, and other factors, we’re in a much stronger market position than before.
Shift focus to RevPAR: RIMC Hotels & Resorts Group was looking to change their revenue management strategy, using RevPAR as a key metric.
To make data-driven decisions: RIMC wanted to centralize and speed up processes, enabling their teams to focus on more strategic initiatives.

RIMC has seen a 28.44% increase in RevPAR for their Polish properties and an overall RevPAR increase across their portfolio.
The Group has saved 30 minutes every day on pricing and monitoring for each of their hotels.
The Group has achieved a better balance between ADR and occupancy, with substantial improvements in room revenue.
