The project dashboard is a free tool that is only available to verified hoteliers to make adopting new technology easier by streamlining their research and simplifying their communication workflow.
We are a guest house with a rather complex combination of different rooms (single, twin, double, family, sea-view, rear-view) and range of pricing, and we went for Seekom as a system that can cope with this and pretty well every variation that you throw at it. Once the system is mastered it is easy to use, and the tech support team are there to explain and work you through anything that you get stuck on if you are as low-tech as I am!

The good thing about Seekom is that they listen to their clients as what is needed to help, so things are improved as issues are raised. Perhaps the biggest problem is understanding all the things that the system can do for you, as there is so much there it is not easy to get one's head around what it all means. As with many systems a lot of that is just not necessary for what you want it to do, and the support is there if needed to be explained.

Layout of the invoices to suit the Motels needs
I would like a different layout of the Housekeeping options. I only had telephone training as far as the bookings etc is concerned. I don’t use half of the system as I’ve not been trained on it, There is a few areas I’d like to personalize for our motels benefit.

I wish if we moved a guest from one room to the other it would tell us if we have entered in incorrect date, EZI REs does this

When you show new bookings in the system (the icon bed) I wish we could click on and do a complete check as opposed to one at a time

Can't think of any major issues. Sometimes it is hard to find what you are looking for in the menu as it is not super user friendly and things are hidden.

Seekom/iBex is very easy to use. We are visible on many booking sites and iBex brings them all together and makes it easy for us to keep track and manage all our bookings. Whenever we have questions Seekom support is fast to reply and easy to communicate with.
We have being using Seekom's hotel management software for over 8 years now after switching from another system. Seekom can connect to all the OTAs you need and more!
With only being a small independent hotel time is important for us and using the automated revenue management and up-selling connections we have seen a further increase in revenue an reduction in time spent trying to manage our rates.
The day-to-day running of reception is made easy with the with the Booking Calendar and Arrivals & Departures section.
The support is first class and the Seekom team are always happy to help :)

Nothing comes to mind when thinking of improvements, Seekom are constantly improving the system and connections. We have no complaints not now the support is 24/5 in the UK
