Roommaster 工作出色，效率高。大多数方面都简洁明了，非常方便。希望您能调出一周前的电子处理报告；如果我能调出前几个月的电子处理报告，那就太好了。我很喜欢这种便捷的入住办理方式。我注意到其他酒店的入住办理过程很耗时。我办理入住的最长时间通常也要 10 分钟（这还不错）。很多客人都称赞我们的入住办理流程非常快捷。此外，如果 RM 能够阻止其他用户继续预订，防止其他人继续预订，这一点也很好。这有助于避免系统出现问题或错误。有时 RM 会锁定某个预订，即使该员工没有登录电脑（小故障）。

我希望“帮助”图标更有用。似乎需要更新，因为我输入“电子处理报告”时，系统无法识别其含义。另一个问题是与第三方预订部门的沟通。我们不确定是 Expedia 还是 RM，但虚拟卡无法发送到 RM。这种情况并非总是发生，但 RM 与第三方之间的沟通似乎中断了。此外，如果预订的“变更日志”在客人入住后不会更新为空白，那就太好了。我知道有办法追溯，但如果预订的“变更日志”在客人入住后不会删除信息，效率会更高。如果能收到 RM 更新的电子邮件，列出所有更新和修复，那就太好了，这样我们就能及时了解系统更新情况。我很高兴收到即将更新的提醒，因为这有助于夜间审计员更好地安排他们的班次。我最想看到的是超过一周前的电子处理报告。我们的电脑曾经崩溃过一次。一天之内，我们丢失了所有文件（我们无法调出一周多以前的电子处理报告）。
