Regarding the minimum amount of reviews I completely see your point; there is however a color coding system, if a hotel name is marked with red it means they haven't collected enough e-mail addresses to their guests for the results to be considered statistically relevant (but might still be at the top of the list even if they're marked red).
I'd like to welcome you to contact our support e-mail with a concrete example of the issue you're mentioning, and we'll have a closer look if there is any report where this is not clear enough.
