SalesPro just mandated a full migration to their SalesForce product. The migration of data was incomplete. Additionally, there are no training videos and the system is NOT user-friendly. To receive technical support you are required to email in a question, which will give you a response like "you should read the help section in the program". If you follow up with additional questions you are prompted to submit a new question with a new case number. It is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! Looking into alternatives.

Provide training videos and I. The lengthy help sections are not actually that helpful. Showing the full process, from start to finish would help greatly: how to complete setting up accounts, BEOs, Catering, Updating menus, setting up traces, room contracts...... This is terrible service, especially considering how much you are charging.
