I used it for 2 years now and it's a great, simple, easy to navigate form of communication. I love how you can add a certain department or tag certain people.

No cons. I think everything is great and I have not had any bad experiences using HelloShift. Would recommend it wherever communication is extremely important. Feature Request: I get notification sent to my email but a mobile app would be nice.
