如果软件中能嵌入更多服务，例如自动定价（AI定价），那就更好了。如果能与其他应用程序（例如呼叫中心和其他报表应用程序）进行更深入的集成，那就更好了。此外，也希望看到奖励计划功能得到改进，因为这部分功能目前还不够完善。
