We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our solution and we are always looking for ways to improve our users experience with improvements to our app.
I'm glad to report that some of the issues that you have posted, have been updated in our app. For example, we have a Logs solution that allows our users to monitor when someone clicks into an entry.
We have added new functionality to our Lost & Found solution, that allows users to mass close lost and found items, along with organizing by category how lost and found items are purged from a property.
