- 已设置的营销活动没有预览。- 在某些情况下，软件提供的信息不足，因此需要进行必要的后续电话沟通。团队联系不上。- 上传可能被禁止的营销邮件时，没有错误警告。- 报告功能存在缺陷，或者无法按预期提供。- 支持服务质量一般甚至很差，至少等待时间很长，而且提供的解决方案也无济于事。- 入职流程未必完成，但根据 HiJiffy 的说法，我们已经进入了账户管理阶段。- 过去三个月的转化率没有得到正确的跟踪。- 工具集成尚未完全完成，但入职阶段却已结束。为什么要催促客户完成这一步？- 销售人员承诺的是一个套餐，但合同中包含了其他套餐，经过一番艰难的谈判，我们才最终获得了约定的内容。
