Quore has allowed us to improve communication throughout the hotel and stay on track with inspections. The Connect app has help improve our communication with our guest and grown our Guest Satisfaction scores.

The only thing that I can think of that could be improved, is to connect with our PMS system so we don't have to manually enter our guest contact information
