The system has several configuration options to allow you to set your property up specifically to how you want the temperature and setback limits. The wireless thermostats have helped reduce energy by automatically setting back the temperature shortly after room is vacated and no longer waiting, possibly 8 hours, for the housekeeper to adjust the temp when cleaning the room. The technology allows us to identify and correct problems with specific room units, prior to guest having to experience any issues or inconveniences during their stay. We now have the ability to identify how long it takes to cool each room, which is factored by location and size of the room. When a guest does have a complaint, we can pull up the data for the room showing how the temperature trended versus the thermostat setting and what the humidity level was in the room, helping us identify the actual problem. Daily email alerts can be set up, also app for phone or tablet can be used to review unit statuses and any alerts. I have seen regular improvements to the app on the phone and on the internet, it is great to see a company focused on continued improvement.

Currently all but one of my concerns have been addressed with updates. Note that I have not expressed any concerns as they were minor, but I did notice when they were addressed. The only outstanding concern is the speed of the Cloud application, I feel it should be faster, but most of my access is on my phone which has had improvements with speed.
