This includes being able to seamlessly redirect and make reservations for guests at other properties within their portfolio when a location reaches capacity, improving overall capture rates and increasing operational efficiency.
Increase direct bookings: HP Hospitality seeks to reduce reliance on online travel agencies (OTAs) in order to boost direct bookings. They are actively working to optimize their direct booking strategy and have integrated several properties with the Cloudbeds Digital Marketing Suite to this end.
