  • Happier customer - Less frustration when problems come up relating to a physical key. We used to have 2 keys, one to access the main door which everyone had the same key, the other to access individual apartments.

  • Safety of our customers and apartments! Much greater safety by no longer having keyboxes that could easily be illegally accessed. Additionally lost keys would cause a threat and added workload of changing the locks.

  • The checkout process is safer and simpler by “logging out” of the apartment.
