The Switch to Hotellistat's New Version
The switch to Hotellistat V2 promised not only more granular pricing, but also a significant increase in efficiency.
Automate Pricing and Restrictions: The hotel wanted to use our AI-based price recommendations for real-time optimization and complemented them with own, manual strategies to ensure optimal pricing decisions. In the next step, the team also wants to automate restriction management with Hotellistat.
Increase ADR and Sales: Haus im Tal aimed to increase the average daily rate (ADR) by balancing occupancy and optimal rates to ensure long-term profit.
Enhance Efficiency: Through automation, the team wanted to save time on manual labor and use their time at hand to further develop and fine-tune market positioning and pricing strategies.

After closely monitoring our AI's price suggestions, Haus im Tal went live with fully automated pricing after just two weeks, benefitting from precise, hourly price updates ever since. Nevertheless, the team still has full control and the final say, as they can influence the AI price recommendation in line with their revenue strategy. Especially the option of combining room categories into virtual groups enabled an even faster and easier restriction management.
Hotellistat ensures a balance between occupancy and optimal rates by using the AI ARIS to identify peak times early on and yield accordingly. Haus im Tal increased its ADR by +15,17€, while maintaining the same occupancy rate. Despite increased ADR, the hotel was able to attract a disproportionate number of Munich guests. Both the higher Management Response Rate of +64% and the Market Penetration Index of 105% confirm the success of strategy and implementation.
The automations saved the team several hours of manual work each week, allowing the members to focus on strategic decision-making, positioning and pricing strategies.
