Hansen & Dale Resorts, located in Estes Park, Colorado, manages properties in a year-round vacation destination at the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. As demand became more unpredictable, managing pricing manually across multiple properties proved challenging. Before RoomPriceGenie, Brian and his team spent countless hours analyzing competitor rates, forecasting demand, and adjusting pricing. This led to pricing imbalances, underpricing or overpricing, at critical times of the year. RoomPriceGenie solved this by automatically adjusting rates based on each property data, market data, events, and demand forecast.
