The Little Guesthouse in Salzburg experiences successful online distribution with SiteMinder platform

REVENUE MANAGEMENT

Little Guesthouse is located within walking distance from Salzburg’s historic old town, since 2018. The property consists of eleven individually designed and furnished rooms as well as a large garden with a terrace, hammocks and sun loungers. The choice of technology solution was an important part of preparing the grand opening of the property in 2018. Required was a PMS as well as distribution tools like a channel manager and a booking engine. It was both a challenge and opportunity to set all this up from scratch: it meant a lot of work but also provided the owners; Constanze and Mario with the opportunity to assemble the ideal tech stack for their hotel.

Why it matters: Constanze and Mario found SiteMinder during an event, and were immediately keen to know more due to its user-friendliness.

SiteMinder offers a complete solution for the property, including a channel manager, a website builder, and a booking engine. “Getting all three in one product was a godsend. It made it even easier to keep on top of everything because we could manage all necessary distribution tasks in one single platform,” stated Constanze.

Top 3 Core Objectives: Since the beginning of the opening, The Little Guesthouse Salzburg is looking for a time-saving and effective technology solution for the property.

A multi-dimensional tool: Beside a PMS, the property requires solutions such as a channel manager, a booking engine, and a website builder, all in one platform.
A powerful platform: The technology solution needed by the property needs to work perfectly by securing a smooth integration across channels and with the PMS.
