While they looked good and did pretty much all the same features as other PMS , we selected them because they claimed to have been in business longer than their competitors. We figured the experience would help.

No delivery. We never got our software! We paid $12.5k and never got anything back but excuses. After six months, they had assigned us three different implementation engineers and had FOUR "kick off" calls we ended up having to go with another vendor that could actually execute and these guys are refusing to refund our money claiming they 'did all this work' and similar but the truth is that they breached contract and tried to keep the money. This is a SCAM and should be avoided as they changed their business model from software company to vaporware. They will take your money and run and you will be left wishing you had made a better decision. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
