1. Streamlines our departmental communications.
2. Alows direct contact with guests and the front desk without tying up the phones.
3. Has features to drive social media reviews for our property.
何が嫌いですか、または改善できると思いますか?
We have not had any issues with the system thus far. The only challenges for the hotel have been guests unplugging the charger.
Feature Request:
Add more content to the tablet. Find a way for guests to check emails or surf the web would improve the experience.
