Too many clicks
Too many screens that you're not able to bypass when trying to assist a guest in a timely manner.
If you want to make changes to the set up, it has to be approved by Meastro, which will effect all hotels that use Maestro.
You cannot run reports for prior days, only able to run reports for current or future dates.
