We initially installed our automated kiosk to help cope with staffing issues. We never imagined that this system would become such a huge contribution to our success during Covid. We are thrilled to have a state-of-the-art system that helps prevent long line-ups, allow zero-contact reservation and check-in, all while helping reduce labour cost.
何が嫌いですか、または改善できると思いますか?
Despite the fact that the technology is extremely user-friendly, certain adaptations must be carried out to cater to the hotel’s location (language, visual lay-out, procedures...). It is important to keep open lines of communication with all partners so that innovation and improvement continues to take place.
