Customer service is fast and friendly. Leadership team is dedicated to continuous improvement with the platform and meeting our business needs through development of the software.

Roll outs and updates can be slow to come to fruition and seem to pose challenges with configuration to the development team- which leaving gaps and inefficiencies in our organization.
