3) Ongoing opportunities to provide feedback for development to ensure we have technology and client support that allows NAVIS to grow with our business and vice versa.

One of the strengths that NAVIS provides is a channel to provide feedback and ideas to improve the products. Once identified and shared, would like to see a quicker roadmap for development (I'm sure everyone wants this, and we try to be realistic).
