The management and tech teams are genuinely responsive to our hotel-specific requests. Guests enjoy the value-added ability of ordering refreshments, towels, and other items from the convenience of their room. The system is still relatively new to our location. We are continuing to evaluate it's potential in improving efficiency and positive guest response. Any changes have been identified in previous survey questions.
何が嫌いですか、または改善できると思いますか?
I would like the system to allow for a discretionary Open and Close time for guests to make requests. Too early in the morning might run into departures and too late in the evening may impact risk management.
Remove post departure communications or move them to an archive.
