オンライン旅行代理店の予約作成時間は遅いです。例えばAgodaでは、顧客が来店してカウンターで予約手続きをすると、予約作成に10～15分ほどかかり、顧客は10～15分待たされることになります。顧客が突然予約を変更した場合、システムに予約が反映されず、スタッフが自分で予約を作成しなければならないこともあります。システムが遅いので、もっと安定してほしいです。
